Opaline opened in 2013 with one belief: the biggest thing wrong with dentistry was never the dentistry. It was how it made people feel.
Why Opaline exists
Built by someone who feared the chair.
Our founder, Dra. Maria L. Santos, avoided dentists for most of her twenties. Then she became one, and promised to build the clinic she was never able to find.
That promise shaped every decision here. Appointments are booked with room to breathe, so no one is rushed out of the chair for the next patient. Every procedure starts with a plain-language explanation and a written quote. Nothing begins until you say so.
Over twelve years, that approach quietly grew into a four-dentist specialist studio caring for more than nine thousand patients, many of whom arrived saying the same sentence: I have not seen a dentist in years.

What we protect

Gentleness as protocol
Comfort is procedure, not luck. Topical numbing before injections, scheduled pauses, and a raise-your-hand rule every patient knows.

Written treatment plans, clear quotes before work begins, and HMO paperwork handled at the desk. Surprises belong in birthdays.
Time, protected
Longer appointment slots by design. Questions are part of the treatment, so they are never squeezed out of the schedule.
The space
A studio, not a waiting room.
