Braces are a long relationship.
Two years is a long time to trust someone. That is roughly what a full orthodontic case asks of you, and I think it earns you a real explanation up front.
So every case starts with records: X-rays, photographs, models. From those I build the actual plan, and I show it to you before we agree on anything. You should be able to see where your teeth are going, not just be told.
On adjustment days I will tell you what will be sore, for how long, and what the month actually moved. Nobody here will make you feel guilty for a missed appointment. Life happens. We reschedule and keep going.
